Abstract:
These are the minutes of the 1st meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. Included are agenda and supporting exhibits. This was the first regular meeting held by the Board since the University became a state-supported institution. Items addressed included: The election of Board officers; the approval of bylaws and regulations; the appointment of the University President; the approval of fee and tuition schedules; the approval of an interim transition agreement; the authorization of graduate-level work; the appointment of standing committees; and the salary budget.
