Abstract:
These are the minutes of the 2nd meeting of the YSU Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are agenda and supporting exhibits. Items addressed included: recommendations from the President, including membership in the IUC of Ohio, an increase in out-of-state tuition, delegation of security for classified information, corrections to the budget, and the naming of the physical education building; report by the University President on the status of enrollment, the physical education and executive office buildings, graduate programs, labor relations, and the university community list; and Board committee reports.
