Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 4th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are agenda and supporting exhibits. Items addressed included: recommendations from the University President, such as resolutions on campus disturbances and out-of-state tuition increases, clarification of fringe benefits for persons on leave, a proposed agreement with the YEF, the establishment of the Technical & Community College, a modification to bylaws, and the appointment of members to the budget and finance committee; the reports of the University President and Board committees.
