Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 8th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are agenda and supporting exhibits. Items addressed included resolutions for non-commercial educational TV and stereo radio channels; the transfer of land to the Ohio Department of Highways; faculty salary changes; enrollment; the Warren King and Associates visit; student parking; the organization of maintenance workers by a union; and committee reports.
