Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 11th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Items discussed included: the conferring of an honorary degree upon the Most Reverend James Malone; the approval of a student disciplinary code; the establishment of a criminal justice department; corrections to the budget; the extension of fee waivers to full-service retirees; the approval of tax-sheltered annuity arrangements; a change in major medical insurance benefits; summer enrollment; progress on the Lincoln Project and Health & Physical Education building; urban renewal projects; and committee meeting reports.
