Abstract

Presented are the minutes of the 19th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are agenda and supporting exhibits. Items discussed included: authorization for the expansion of programs leading to the degree “Associate in Applied Science” including a two-year program in child care technology; clarification on policy regarding the enrollment of full-time University personnel in classes; the designation of YSU as a “Fair Employment Institution; the granting of sabbatical leave to Warren Young and David Ives; withdrawal of YSU’s application for UHF TV channel 45; the OBOR master plan; Senate constitutional changes; and a visit by the Legislative Committee on Campus Unrest.
