dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 25th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are agenda and supporting exhibits. Highlights include: Senate proposal for procedure on loss of tenure; modification of Resolution Y 1967-14; remodeling of Elm Street building; adoption of affirmative action policy; Governor’s proposed code of ethics; legality of the Student Code; Clinical Chemistry/Medical Technology programs; OBOR approval of Real Estate Technology and Medical Secretary programs; and recommendations of consultant on collective bargaining.	en_US
