Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 28th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are agenda and supporting exhibits. Highlights include: authorization of a new access road to the Butler Institute of American Art; consultant’s report on Kilcawley Center; merger of YEF and The Youngstown University; fee increases; and the search for a football coach. Executive and committee reports followed.
