Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 57th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights include: resolutions to list the degrees of employees, to revise the student records policy, to revise the alcoholic beverage policy, to authorize an automated library circulation system, and the release of $140,000 to purchase the equipment relating to this system. Executive and committee reports followed.
