Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 56th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights include: resolutions to ratify faculty/staff appointments, to ratify the University organizational chart, to conferral an honorary degree on Edgar B. Speer, to establish the Eynon-Beyer Memorial Chair in Metallurgy, and to promote a member of the faculty. Executive and committee reports followed.
