Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 55th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. Included are the agenda and supporting exhibits. Highlights include: the review and ratification of the tentative agreement concluded between the University and YSU-OEA; the designation of an official depository for University funds and investments; the establishment of a bank branch in Kilcawley Center; an increase in residence hall charges and food service meal tickets; a change in the authority for appointing classified civil service personnel; and YSU’s participation in the Mid-Continent Athletic Association.
