dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 62nd meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights include: resolutions to ratify faculty/staff appointments, to revise the policy on military leave, and to establish service equivalence of one year for limited-service faculty. President Coffelt reported on additional state appropriations to cover salary increases for classified civil service employees, a summer enrollment of 5517 for 1978, enrollment projections, national TV coverage for YSU/Northern Iowa football game, status of donations toward the All-Sports Complex, and matters of litigation. Executive and committee reports followed.	en_US
