dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 63rd meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. The main purpose for the meeting was to review and ratification of a tentative agreement reached between the Universitiy and OCSEA. President Coffelt reported on enrollment figures for Fall 1978, a fire in Rayen Hall, H.B. 179, and the annual meeting of the YSU Alumni Association.	en_US
