Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 69th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: Resolutions approving faculty/staff appointments, to amend policies relating to limited-service faculty, and to extend appreciation to the Republic Steel Corporation. President Coffelt reported on Summer 1979 enrollment, and possible changes in the state subsidy. Executive and committee reports followed.
