Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 73rd meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions to approve faculty/staff appointments, and to accept gifts to the University. President Coffelt reported on possible budget cuts, a revision in the state subsidy formula, Summer 1980 enrollment figures, and the search for an Academic Vice President. Executive and committee reports followed.
