Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 76th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions to ratify faculty/staff appointments, to accept gifts to the University, to establish the Paul J. and Marguerite K. Thomas Colloquium on Free Enterprise, to express appreciation on behalf of public television to the WFMJ Broadcasting Company, and to commemorate the 75th anniversary of YSU. President Coffelt reported on Fall 1980 enrollment, Continuing Education enrollment, and a study on fee differentials. Executive and committee reports followed.
