Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 77th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: Resolutions to accept faculty/staff appointments, to accept gifts to YSU, to establish the Frances and Lillian Schermer Trust Program, and to accept a gift of $10,000 per year for five years by the J. Ford Crandall Foundation. President Coffelt reported on the enrollment figures for Winter 1981, the state subsidy, temporary tax increases, statewide fee increases, the Cushwa Center, pledges to the All Sports Complex, and a request for advice from Mayor Vukovich. Executive and committee reports followed.
