dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 86st meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions to approve the construction of a building for the planned Institute for Advanced Applied Science and Technical Studies (along with an expression of thanks to State Senator Harry Meshel), to release money to be spent on radio replacement equipment, and to change the organizational chart. The Board also went into executive session to discuss a legal matter involving the Northern Ohio Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association.	en_US
