dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 105th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. The Board went into executive session to discuss employment matters. Upon returning to the open meeting, the Board considered and passed a resolution accepting a fact finder’s final settlement proposal in negotiations between the University and the YSU Association of Classified Employees.	en_US
