Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 107th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions to approve staff/faculty appointments, and to accept gifts to YSU. Presidential, executive, and committee reports followed. Additional resolutions included the approval of a month-to-month business relationship with Youngstown Thermal Corporation, and others. The Board went into executive session to discuss a personnel matter, and then returned to the open meeting to set the time and place for the next meeting, followed by adjournment.
