Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 87th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions to ratify faculty/staff appointments, to accept gifts to YSU, and to confer emeritus status on retired faculty/staff. Presidential, executive, and committee reports followed. The Board retired into executive session to discuss a personnel matter. Other resolutions included an amended policy on vacations, to seek a cost estimate on the remodeling of Kilcawley Center, to approve a cost estimate on handicapped access improvements, and others.
