Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 91st meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions to approve faculty/staff appointments, to accept gifts to YSU, and to confer an honorary degree upon R. Thornton Beeghly. Presidential, executive, and committee reports followed. Other resolutions included one to approve faculty improvement leave for a chairperson, to provide full-service credit for leave recipients, and to confer emeritus status, and others.
