Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 92nd meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions to ratify faculty/staff appointments, and to accept gifts to YSU. Presidential, executive, and committee reports followed. Other resolutions permitted Campus (classified) Security officers to seek union representation, to plan for a Youngstown convocation center, and others.
