Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 93rd meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions accepting gifts to YSU, and to approve faculty/staff appointments. Presidential, executive, and committee reports followed (Dr. Neil Humphrey served in the capacity of “acting president” due to the illness of President John Coffelt). Other resolution followed, including those dealing with Campus Security, the modification collective bargaining policies, revising the YSU Bookstore employee discount, and others.
