Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 94th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions to approve faculty/staff appointments, and to accept gifts to YSU. Presidential, executive, and committee reports followed. The Board entered into executive session to discuss a matter relating to the employment of personnel then returned to the open meeting. Resolutions were passed adjusting the pay of Dr. John White and Dr. Javed Alam, to collection of “fair share” fees from non-union members, and an adjustment to campus work studies money, and others.
