Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 95th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. The Board went into executive session to discuss a personnel matter. After returning to the open meeting, the Board ratified resolutions to permit non-supervisory professional/administrative staff to form a union, and to abolish the position of Executive Vice President, while simultaneously promoting Executive Vice President Neil Humphrey to the YSU Presidency.
