dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 117th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Presidential and committee reports followed. William Canacci of OEA, representing YSU-APAS, addressed the Board and recommended the approval of a recent fact-finder recommendation for a contract between YSU and YSU-APAS. After a roll-call vote, the Board rejected the offer. The Board went into executive session to discuss employment matters, and then returned to the open meeting. The Board voted to extend the YSU-NOPBA contract until a tentative agreement could be reached.	en_US
