Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 122nd meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions to approve staff/faculty appointments, and to accept gifts to YSU. Presidential, executive, and committee reports followed. The Board further resolved: to create four annual Distinguished Service Award for professional/administrative staff excluded from the bargaining unit; to approve the site for construction of the McDonough Museum of Art; to modify the Facilities Master Plan to include additional land for the construction of parking lots; to allocate money for library book purchases; to assess participants of the “College for Over Sixty” program specific fees; the allocation of funds from Fund One for various academic expenditures; and the setting of residence fees in the Kilcawley Residence Hall.
