Abstract:

Presented are the minutes of the 110th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Committee reports were presented. The Trustees resolved: to resign YSU’s intercollegiate athletic membership in the Ohio Valley Conference; to approve the budget for 1986/87; and to establish fees and other charges.
