Presented are the minutes of the 153rd meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. During this meeting, the Board ratified the contract offered to incoming president Leslie H. Cochran. Outgoing Board member Dr. John F. Geletka made a statement of departure.
