Abstract:

Presented are the minutes of the 154th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting, called to consider the 1992/93 budget. Included are supporting exhibits. During this meeting, Bruce R. Beeghly was sworn in as a new member of the Board. The Board went into executive session to discuss upcoming negotiations.
