Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 156th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. During this meeting, Michael I. Monus tendered his resignation from the Board. A report by the President followed. The Board further resolved to ratify the new YSU-APAS Agreement. The Board also went into executive session to discuss matters of litigation involving the University. The meeting adjourned after the Board returned to the public meeting.
