Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 141st meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions to ratify the tentative agreement with YSU-APAS, to provide funding for compensation, to provide pay raises for professional/administrative staff excluded from collective bargaining; to obtain land through eminent domain; to contract with an outside security firm to guard the Lyden House construction area; and to limit room and board to University facilities regarding athletic scholarships.
