Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 146th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions to approve staff/faculty appointments, the administration of the oath and the seating of the new student trustee, Scott Smith; the release of Dr. Bernard T. Gillis from his contract as Provost and his reappointment as a professor in the Chemistry Department; the adjustment of financial reserves; and the empowerment and budgeting of a presidential search committee.
