Presented are the minutes of the 147th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights included: resolutions to approve staff/faculty appointments; the acceptance of a fact-finder’s report regarding negotiations for a successor agreement between YSU and YSU-OEA.
