dc.description.abstract	Senate Chairperson Chet Cooper presided. The Senate Executive Committee reported Bob Hogue retired and Carol Lamb has volunteered to serve as senate secretary. A reminder is made that all committees are required to meet once per semester. Dr. Bowers has agreed to be mace bearer at the spring 2012 graduate ceremonies; however someone needs to volunteer for the undergraduate ceremonies. The Charter and Bylaws Committee reported they did not have the electronic paperwork/files to change, they only have hard copies. The Academic Programs Committee reported on a list of proposals and requested for submissions to be in Word documents or PDF format. The General Education Committee reported on two minor editorial changes made to the undergraduate bulletin. The Library Committee reported that the Ohio Board of Regents made a one-time allocation to preserve OhioLijnk for the remainder of the academic year.
