Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 50th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are agenda and supporting exhibits. Highlights include: The seating of William Mittler to the Board; resolutions on faculty/staff appointments, budgetary changes suggested by H.B. 155, the offering of an individualized curriculum program, a fee for a practicum in Early Childhood education; a BS degree in Psychology, the purchase of comprehensive risk insurance, faculty promotions, and the conferral of an honorary degree upon Dr. John M. McCann. Executive and committee reports followed.
