Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 47th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights include: the welcoming of William J. Lyden to his seat on the Board; resolutions on faculty-staff appointments, the establishment of a committee on accepting gifts, parking policy, legal holidays, implementing of new civil service law requirements. Executive and committee reports followed. Of particular note are statistics on enrollment and faculty/staff salaries.
