Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 43rd meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights include: resolutions on the appointment of new faculty and staff, the employee records policy, endorsement of certificates for program two years or less in duration, approval of a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics & Astronomy. Executive and committee reports followed.
