Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 42nd meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights include: resolutions on the Sick Leave Conversion process, the appointment of new faculty and staff, policies on broadcast rights for football and basketball games, and program outreach policies. President Coffelt reported on the missing records from Security Chief Paul Cress’ secret files, a delay in completing the next budget due to pending legislation in Columbus, and items relating to the planned joint medical school. Executive and committee reports followed.
