Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 41st meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are supporting exhibits. Highlights include: resolutions to amend the charter and bylaws of the Academic Senate, sick leave conversion, and the preparatory division of the Dana School of Music. Other topics included the United Appeal, contracting for services; the selection of a University Negotiator, and the secret files maintained by YSU security chief Paul Cress.
