Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 39th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a regular meeting. Included are agenda and supporting exhibits. Highlights include: resolution to confer an honorary degree on James Patrick Griffin; resolutions on advertising policies, travel regulations, non-binding arbitration, faculty/staff appointments, academic promotions, fees, a new program in Computer Technology, and an Associate Degree program in Drafting & Design Technology. Executive and committee reports followed.
