Abstract:

Presented are the minutes of the 298th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. This was President Cynthia Anderson’s first Board meeting. The Board voted to confer an honorary degree upon C. Reid Schmutz, and recognized retiring education reporter Harold Gwin of the Vindicator.
