dc.description.abstract	YSU junior Krysti Horvat is selling bracelets in order to purchase a granite bench in memory of Brandy Stevens-Rosine, a YSU student who was murdered in May. Voter apathy is on the rise. $335,000 is disbursed in scholarships for STEM student from the Choose Ohio First Scholarship Program. YSU professor, Christopher Barzak, launches an online book. Academic Senate approved the first stop to transition from an open enrollment to a conditional admission policy. Nominees for homecoming king and queen are listed. Jonesfest celebrates five years. Sports features an article on YSU alumnus Ryan O'Lear who is conducting a class for individuals who are interested in becoming basketball officials. Penguin Spotlight features Ali Viola.	en_US
