dc.description.abstract	The YSUPD are upgrading their police cruisers. Wendy's restaurant in Kilcawley opening is delayed. "Cosmic Castaways," a film produced and created at YSU by three astronomy professors, held an opening reception Thursday. Jennifer Johnson was recently welcomed as the new director of the Office of Career and Counseling Services. YSU graduate student, Elizabeth Yazbek, will run a marathon to help raise money for her paralyzed cousin to receive stem cell treatments. Sports features an article on Mario Manningham and Dale Peterman, both Warren natives and professional football players for the San Francisco 49ers. Penguin Spotlight features Jackie Podolsky.	en_US
