dc.description.abstract	The Dana School of Music establishes a scholarship to honor the memory of Robert E. Fleming, YSU band director from 1968-1984. The College of Health and Human Services will pilot an introduction course for incoming freshmen. Members of the Mahoning Valley Green Team are selling candy and potato chip dishes made from vinyl records and eight-track tapes. Article on the local band Rising Phoenix. Derby Days, a tradition for Sigma Chi fraternity, makes a comeback. Sports features an article on Jamaine Cook and Penguin Spotlight features Chris Elkins.	en_US
