Abstract:

Presented are the minutes of the 323rd meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was an emergency meeting, called to discuss the sudden resignation (after only seven months on the job) of President Randy Dunn, who accepted the presidency of Southern Illinois University. President Dunn’s letter of resignation is included.
