Presented are the minutes of the 324th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting in which the Chairman of the Board of Trustees was authorized to enter into an agreement with AGB Search, Inc., to identify candidates for the replacement of President Randy Dunn.
