dc.description.abstract	YSU President Cynthia Anderson was present in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court as a former Penguin athlete was sentenced for drug trafficking. Williamson building upgraded its security features. The Race to the Top Program is refuted. The Lincoln Building will house the mathematics department. New program provides assistance for YSU faculty. DUI checkpoint near campus assists OVI Task Force in two arrests. Youngstown native Ira Thomas' photography collection is featured at the Butler. Candidates for Homecoming are announced. Sports feature freshman soccer player Allison Ludwig, the YSU lacrosse club, and former Penguin Donald Jones. Penguin Spotlight features Andre Elliot.	en_US
