Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 178th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees on June 25, 1996. This was a special meeting. The Board went into executive session to consider the YSU-ACE agreement and the President’s contract of employment. Upon returning to the public session, the Board voted to ratify the YSU-ACE agreement and to extend terms to exempt classified employees.
The Board further voted to set President Cochran’s salary at $156,000 annually.
